Low thermal conductivity of high-density fiberglass, combined with energy-efficient glass including dual and triple pane options, delivers strong thermal performance for homes with large expanses of glass.

Modern features an extruded aluminum interior with an intentionally curated, low-gloss color palette that evokes the elemental nature of modern design. Five interior color options are available. Split interior and exterior color finishes or matching finishes can be selected to coordinate.

Hinges at the top, opens outward. Can be used on its own or as a complement to direct glaze or casement windows. Push-out option also available.
Awning window with motorized operation. Opens from the bottom for ventilation and closes automatically when moisture is detected or power is lost. Pairs well with direct glaze or casement units in larger configurations.
Features an exclusive rotating handle design with minimalist hardware. Available in large sizes. Includes casement wash mode for easy cleaning from inside. Push-out option also available for a clean, handleless profile.
Casement window with motorized operation. Opens and closes at the touch of a button or through Marvin Connected Home, and closes automatically when moisture is detected or power is lost. Ideal for hard-to-reach openings.
Two windows meet at a building corner with minimal framing. Integral corner keys keep units square and corners sealed. Creates panoramic views.
Fixed window designed to frame a view. Complements operating windows in multi-unit configurations.

Marvin Connected Home is Marvin’s smart home technology, available exclusively in the Modern collection. It allows automated control of casement and awning windows, integrating with popular smart home systems for remote operation and scheduling. Lock status sensors can also work with security systems to indicate when windows are closed and locked.
No. The Modern collection does not offer impact zone (IZ) rated products. If you need impact-rated windows for coastal or waterfront properties, consider the Ultimate or Elevate collections, which both offer Hurricane Impact Zone 3 (IZ3) and Performance Grade 50 (PG50) ratings.
