Prior to submitting a service request, please be sure to review all warranty information and FAQ’s which can be found under the “Resource” tab. Our service team will be in touch within 3 business days.

For service requests to be approved, you must include the following:

  • Date of Installation/Pickup/Delivery
  • Contractor’s Name
  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • E-Mail
  • Job Address
  • Photos/Videos

Service Overview

1-Year Install Warranty

North Shore Door offers a 1-year full warranty on all products installed by North Shore Door, excluding hardware.

Supply Only Warranty

Doors & Windows -Manufacture warranty only. North Shore Door is not liable for additional finishing, ordering and/or installation/labor costs.

Hardware – Manufacture warranty only. The customer will be required to purchase new hardware in full. If the defective hardware is returned to the manufacturer and deemed defective, North Shore Door will issue a refund.
