My door, window or hardware was not installed by North Shore Door, do I still qualify for a warranty?

Yes! Most products sold by North Shore Door are covered under their manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to our website for a detailed warranty from each manufacturer. North Shore Door is not responsible for finishing or install costs on warranty replacements.

All service requests must be submitted via North Shore Door’s website. A representative will get back to you within 5 business days.

Can I make adjustments to my order once is has been confirmed?

You can make changes up to 48 hours after your order has been confirmed.

What can I expect from my delivery?

All deliveries from North Shore Door are curbside only. Our drivers will assist in unloading the product off of the truck but all deliveries require help to unload. A swamper may be available from North Shore Door with pre-booking for an additional cost.

I have hired a courier to deliver my product and it arrived damage, what do I do?

North Shore Door is not liable for product damage on third party couriers. If product is received damage, it is advised to reach out directly to the courier service.
