North Shore Door Reviews

We have been very happy with both the door we purchased and the service. Additionally, after installation when we noticed that there was an inperfection in the paint of the door frame, The company quickly agreed to send a technician who did an excellent job fixing the deficiency.

Great service

Just had a new patio door put in by North Shore Door and the whole experience was awesome. Milad was super knowledgeable on the sales side and gave us zero pressure, making it really easy to figure out what we actually needed. Marc handled the install and his craftsmanship is seriously top tier. You can tell he takes a ton of pride in his work because the fit and finish are completely flawless, and he was super organized while being really careful to keep the noise down since there is a daycare operating downstairs. The door looks incredible, opens smoothly, and seals up tight. Highly recommend these guys if you need any doors done.

The staff at North Shore Door are amazing. This is our 2nd time buying doors from this company. The first time was 13 years ago when we did a major renovation on our house and purchased windows and doors. Such good quality of both windows and doors – no issues what so ever.So we went back to North Shore Door as we were finishing our basement. We dealt with Rowena and she did an excellent job of helping us figure out the type of door swing and handles we required, and then placing the order. She was amazing at keeping us posted on the delivery of our doors and following up on items that we missed. We also dealt with their shop as we needed help adjusting the closet door and were able to make the simple adjustment under their direction.Would highly recommend this company for both the quality of windows and doors as well as the professionalism and helpfulness of their staff.

Brian is awesome. Very knowledgeable and always has a solution. Highly recommended

Milad and Mark were imperative in correcting a few issues with our new patio doors. The work was pushed forward a few times being a very busy season but Milad and Alex ( reception) continually kept me informed. Mark finished the project seamlessly and did a great job! I would recommend using North Shore Doors, they do deliver on their promises.

Very professional company and a pleasure to work with

Couple glitches on the door which I brought to their attention and they did everything they could to fix the situation. They addressed the two issues promptly and everything was resolved

We had a great experience dealing with North Shore Doors for our new front door. From the moment I walked in to the showroom with all of my questions I felt I was in good hands with Rowena. The process all in all was longer than expected but other than that it was a seamless operation. The installers Marcus and Mark were great to deal with and their work was stellar. We are very happy.

We reached out to have some doors replaced in our home and from heading to the show room to look at options until the final install, North Shore Door was professional and on time. The final product is great.

I was impressed by the wide selection of high-quality doors and the knowledgeable staff who guided me through the options. The installation process was seamless and professional. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left my home spotless. The new door not only looks fantastic but also significantly improves the energy efficiency of my home.I highly recommend North Shore Door for anyone in need of new doors or windows. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is truly outstanding.

Professional service and great customer service.

Highest recommendationGreat quality of product and service – in the showroom and on site.Mark made an extra trip to Lions Bay to do a 10 minute touch up. Very much appreciated!

Brian and the team helped me replace a door frame that was dated and discoloured. They were awesome to work with and super fast! Would highly recommend.

I ordered my entire house doors and windows and I paid 50% in advance, after 7 weeks of waiting the windows arrived at my job site. When we installed they were taped and under the tapes you could see the scratches (the color was dark brown and you could see white spots on the frames). When I talked to them they said they will send someone to fix. I also had a patio sliding door which I could not lock it, the screw were loose in place and not tightening. I called them, they send someone to fix.

Very happy with our recent front door install – both the quality of the door & finishing, and the install itself. Highly recommend North Shore Door.

New windows for an old house is a complicated process. Thanks to the team at North Shore Window and Door, they helped from start to finish. Getting windows measured correctly, delivery, follow through on some of the inevitable QC fixes – the whole team has been great. Thanks for making a big project work out so well.

We just had 9 doors installed. The entire process from walking into the show room to the super clean up at the end was super. Rowena was excellent with helping to choose doors and hardware, and was transparent with cost.Communication from and with Jeff was clear, fast and knowledgeable throughout the door journey. The installers, Kevin and Andre were on time, very skilled, incredibly friendly, and held themselves to the highest of standards. It was an excellent experience. Get new doors from these folks!Magali Caron

This is Carrie and Nevin : We just had a new fibreglass door built and installed by North Shore Door and what a beautiful door it is. It looks like a real wood and we are so pleased with the quality as well as the service. They were all so wonderful to deal with – the quality of the door was exceptional, and the timeline for installation was far earlier than what we expected. If you need a new door, don’t hesitate to shop here.

North Shore Door provided great customer service from our first showroom visit to the installation of our new front door. We love our new door and highly recommend them for their quality products and high level service.
