Part-time Administration Assistant

We are a prehung door manufacturer positioned to fulfill our customer’s door and window needs. Please visit our website at www.northshoredoor.ca for more information on the products we manufacture and the services we offer. We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our company.  You will be joining our administration team and working alongside sales, purchasing and accounting.  Your responsibilities will be to enter orders, collect payments and assist members of the team in other areas. The ideal candidate will be someone who works well with a team, is customer service orientated and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter Orders
  • Collect Payments
  • Follow up with customers
  • Other duties as assigned

  Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Administration Assistant Experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Strong ability to multitask

Compensation ranges from $14 – $16 per hour and based upon experience and skill. A full benefits package including RRSP matching program and medical/dental will be included in your compensation after the 90 day probation period.
